General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop www.asscap.ch by consumers and businesses worldwide.

3. Conclusion of contract
By completing your order, you submit a binding offer. After submitting your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. The contract is concluded upon dispatch of the goods.

4. Prices & Shipping
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT.
The price per cap is CHF 34.95.
Shipping is free worldwide unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment methods
Payment is made securely via Shopify Payments (credit card, Twint, Apple Pay, etc.) or PayPal. All transactions are SSL encrypted.

6. Delivery
Delivery is worldwide, usually within 1-2 weeks after receipt of payment.
Delivery delays caused by external shipping service providers are beyond our control.

7. Returns & Complaints
For orders from the EU, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods applies.
Returns are only possible if the items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Returns are generally excluded for orders outside the EU (including Switzerland).

If your goods are damaged, please send us a photo of the damage and your order number to info@asscap.ch within 14 days of receipt. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution.

8. Warranty
If a product arrives faulty, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will carefully investigate the case and replace the item or refund the amount, depending on the circumstances.

9. Liability
We are only liable for direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

10. Applicable Law & Place of Jurisdiction
Swiss substantive law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Frauenfeld, Canton of Thurgau, Switzerland.
